The leadership of the Research Centre is based on a collaborative and multidisciplinary structure. The Director works in close collaboration with three Associate Directors, each responsible for a research area, to ensure scientific and strategic coherence across all activities. This team is supported by four managers with complementary expertise, who actively contribute to strategic development and the day to day management of services offered to the research community.
The Executive Team also benefits from the support of a Legal Advisor, as well as a Director of the Research One Stop Shop and the Research Ethics Office, ensuring rigorous oversight and high quality guidance in regulatory and ethical matters.
The development of the Centre’s major strategic directions is grounded in the essential contributions of numerous stakeholders, who actively participate in various advisory committees established by the Executive Team. Two committees in particular play a central role in decisions related to strategic orientations and operational management: the Committee on Academic Affairs and Innovation, which reports to the Institute’s Board of Directors, and the Research Coordination Committee, which ensures close alignment with clinical and academic environments.
Numerous stakeholders from the community also contribute to shaping the Centre’s major strategic directions by participating in various committees established by the Executive Team.
